This time around, you can fill out the mail in rebate form in order to receive an Air Wick Canadian Parks Series product for free! To be eligible for this offer, simply purchase a Canadian Parks Series product, and fill out this form. You must then print out and mail the rebate form along with the original dated cash register (purchase price must be circled and Universal Product Code (UPC) handwritten on it) to the address provided on the form.

In about 6 to 8 weeks, you'll receive a cheque in the mail for up to $15.50, which will cover the cost of the product, postage and taxes.

Each individual, family, or household is limited to one rebate.

Only purchases made between June 15 and August 31 will be eligible for this offer. The rebate form must be received on or before September 30.
